This is a fabulous hotel - rooms are well equipped and the beds and linen are of high quality. The breakfast is of the highest standard with a great choice. The is a fun bar in the basement with a live Filipina band. The best thing about this hotel is the staff who are delight - efficient, courteous and friendly; such warm lovely people. I’d like to give special mention to the following for their impeccable service: Reception - Wutt Hmone At breakfast - Khaing Wint Shwe and Myat Ei Mon (grace) Be it business or pleasure I highly recommend this hotel

We had stayed at Park Royal before and would most certaintly do so again. Everything about the stay was wonderful especially the staff who are exceptionally carring and polite. We could only say that the stay did not exceed expectations because we have been before and knew what to expect.

There has never been a better time to stay at the ParkRoyal Hotel. The breakfast has 'awesome' choice catering for Asian and European tastes. The rooms are super comfortable and the staff so kind and helpful. And, all of this on a budget price.

The staff are excellent and very attentive to your needs, The executive rooms are very spacious and have everything you need including a conference lounge with complimentary food and drinks between 6 pm and 8 pm. The bathroom is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of foods every morning.

We really liked the comfort, the value for money, cleanliness, attention to detail and overall, the staff were superb. I never knew how hospitable the Burmese people are.

The place was great. The location is really good, next to the main points in the city. The staff was very helpful. The amenities in the building are really good, especially the gym. I did not use the restaurants, but they looked very good
